Meet Our Customer Service Representatives
Sue Morris, Customer Service Representative
Sue was born and raised in Pittsburg but has lived in 11 different states. She attended Kansas State University where she met her husband of 25 years. She has worked as a customer service representative at several veterinary hospitals. Her hobbies include travel and running half marathons. She is the proud pet parent of 2 dogs Lark (pictured) and Beau.
Norma Briones, Customer Service Representative
Norma was born in Nicaragua, & moved to the United States of America when she was barely 16 years old. Norma says "What a challenge that was, in particular not knowing how to speak English"! She went to Lacaze Academy in Washington D.C. to learn English and graduated in 1977 with honors. Norma started her family & has a daughter and a granddaughter age 5 who attends a gifted and talented school. She also has raised her step-granddaughter who is now 17 years old!
In between hardships and life adjustments she put herself through school and college obtaining a Translation/Interpretation English/Spanish certificate. Norma loves people just as much as she loves animals. Now a part of the team at Stapleton Veterinary Hospital she is taking on the challenge of learning as much as she can to better assist her team!
Ashley Wylie, Customer Service Representative
As a formal zoologist volunteer Ashley has worked with many different kinds of animals. She is extremely passionate about her work and dedicated her life to providing the best care possible for any animal she meets. Ashley started her grooming career in 2007 and has been grooming ever since. She has extensive experience being a veterinary technician as she had a part time position for 3 years. Ashley also owned a pet grooming and daycare business for 2 years called Uptown Fluff before deciding to sell it to spend more time with her family.
